The innovative, precision flat, two grit DuoSharp Plus Diamond Sharpener features both interrupted and continuous diamond surfaces for a variety of sharpening tasks.
Providing excellent counter and bench sharpening, each 6" x 2-5/8" side has interrupted diamond surfaces ideal for sharpening knives and scissors PLUS an additional continuous diamond surface for sharpening small and pointed tools.
Thanks to its micronized monocrystalline diamond surfaces, you can sharpen edges faster and easier than conventional stones can. No messy oils are needed either, allowing you to sharpen dry or with water.
Each Bench Stone features a different grit on each side. Choose from one of the following grit combinations: Coarse/Extra-Coarse, Fine/Coarse, or Extra-Fine/Fine.
Grit Guide
Coarse: to quickly restore a neglected edge
Extra-Coarse: for significant removal of material when needed to repair a damaged edge
Fine: for honing a razor sharp edge
Extra-Fine: to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond

Coarse diamond surface: 45 micron / 325 mesh
Extra-course diamond surface: 60 micron / 220 mesh
Fine diamond surface: 25 micron / 600 mesh
Extra-fine diamond surface: 9 micron / 1200 mesh
