Easy Wood Tools Easy Wire Burning Kit

The Easy Wood Tools Easy Wire Burning Kit is an easy and cost-effective way to add beautiful detail to your work. The kit comes with 3 gauges of wire that allow you to create dark or "burnt" detail lines in your turning projects.

This kit works exceptionally well with Easy Wood Tools NR Beading Cutters. First, use the cutters to create beads in your work. Then, simply slide the loop tie on each end of the selected wire into the metal ring on each end of the handles, pull tightly, and apply slight pressure onto the beaded line. Start your lathe and, in a matter of seconds, you'll have your desired dark detail.

The wires come in 3 different diameters and 3 different lengths, and are color-coded for convenience. The .016 diameter wire is color-coded red and creates smaller details. The .020 diameter wire is color-coded white and creates thicker details. The .026 diameter wire is color-coded blue and creates the largest details.

The 6"-long wires are perfect for smaller projects like pens, rings, and small vessels. The 9"-long wires are used for bowls and medium-sized projects. The 18"-long wires work great on plates, vases, and other large items.
