The Shark HD520 Plus is an upgraded version of the popular HD520 CNC. In addition to all of the standard features on the HD520, the Plus includes Next Wave CNC's latest technologically advanced 10.1" Touch Screen Display and a 2hp Water-Cooled Spindle.

The Android-based Touch Screen Display boasts features like:

The 25" x 50" x 7" cutting area on the Shark HD520 Plus will handle all your machining needs, whether in a home shop environment or on the production floor. It comes standard with everything you need to get set up and running, including the latest version of Vectric VCarve Pro design software, a color pendant controller, 2 hold-down clamps, a carbide V-bit, and two of Next Wave CNC's exclusive software: Ready2Control and Virtual Zero Unlimited.

The Shark HD520 Plus features a 28" x 63" table, an extruded aluminum router mount for 3.5" barrel routers or Next Wave CNC's Water-Cooled Spindle System, and robust linear gantry rails. This CNC can be controlled by the pendant or a computer, and is perfect for projects such as carving plaques, signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts machined from wood, soft metals, or plastics.

Enhance your woodworking capabilities with this versatile machine. This CNC router offers 3D carving capability with a 3D model library included. You can cut beautiful relief carvings, intricate inlays, and create exquisitely detailed engravings with ease.

The Shark HD520 Plus offers two control options:

1. Using the included Vectric VCarve Design Software, you create your project and transfer it to a USB drive which plugs directly into the LCD pendant. The convenient 10.1” Pendant interface eliminates the need for a computer controlling the CNC in your shop.
2. For more control interactivity, you can run the Shark HD520 Plus from your computer with the Ready2Control program. This lets you use the exclusive patented Virtual Zero Unlimited program. Virtual Zero Unlimited allows you to map the surface of your material by taking an unlimited number of reference points. The program then uses these points to auto-adjust the G-code to conform to the actual surface of your material. This eliminates problems caused by a warped or bowed workpiece and allows you to maintain a constant cutting depth on projects that other machines would not be able to handle. (Computer and flash drive not included).
