Next Wave CNC Shark RS1000 Pro Router Fence and Lift System

The Shark RS1000 transforms nearly any router table into a full-fledged 2 Axis CNC, allowing you to adjust your router fence or bit height by as little as .001”. The RS1000 comes with preloaded apps to do over a dozen common router and specialty joinery functions, such as Box Joints, Dovetail, Dado, Lock Miter and many more.

Included is a set of plate levelers that allow you to precisely level the plate with your router table surface. The generic plate size (9-1/4″ x 11-3/4″) fits most router tables and accepts any standard 3.5″ diameter router motor. Your router table must have a flat and stable top - this helps ensure accuracy for consistent routing operations. Verify that there is enough space below the table to accommodate the RS1000 Pro lift with the router installed. The lift will fit most standard sized 3-1/2" diameter routers.

The RS1000 Pro fence replaces your router table's fence. It mounts to the router table with bolts, nuts, and washers (included) into drilled holes. To attain the full 12" of fence travel, a 6" shop-built table extension must be added to the back of the table. A deeper, custom table top can be an option to achieve the maximum fence travel.

An optional Miter Gauge is available for even easier joinery applications. Add the Foot Switch to cycle through your application hands-free.
