The combination of the Shark SD101 CNC and Next Wave CNC Shark Wizard Software offers the shortest learning curve on a CNC machine. If you're looking to dive into a CNC without learning more robust design software, this Wizard is tailor-made for you.

The Shark SD101 CNC features a compact 15" x 21" table and a 12" x 13" x 4" XYZ cutting area. This footprint allows the entire machine to be stored under or on one end of your workbench. This full-function CNC machine is capable of producing high-quality 2D and 3D plaques or signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts machined from wood, soft metals, or plastics. The Next Wave CNC SD101 is made in the USA and includes lifetime technical support.

The Shark Wizard software comes equipped with pre designed project templates that you can customize and then transmit to your Shark SD101 with a few keystrokes. It also provides projects for Carving, Lasering, and Rotary 4th (Laser & Rotary 4th Axis accessories sold separately). Built-in video tutorials will walk you through each stage of setup so you can be up and running quickly.

Also included with the Shark SD101 is the Ready2Control software, used to cut your router projects on the CNC. It provides a variety of tools and functions for easily calibrating and controlling your Shark SD101 and its accessories (requires a PC computer with USB 2.0 port).

Note: Requires a Makita 1-1/4hp Compact Router, or similar style router (sold separately). Also compatible with the 2-Watt Laser.
