The Shark SD110 compact CNC is a perfect addition to any workshop with limited space. This tool gives you the ability to produce complex designs with accuracy and precision.

The bonus of a compact machine is that it requires less space than the standard CNC. The Shark SD110 CNC features a compact 12” x 18” table designed for projects such as carving plaques or signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts machined from wood, soft metals, or plastics.

Using Next Wave CNC's 3D carving capability and a 3D model library, you can cut beautiful relief carvings, intricate inlays, and create exquisitely detailed engravings with ease. The incredible accuracy of the Shark SD110 even allows customers to engrave custom circuit boards. A tight footprint means the entire machine easily fits under or on one end of your workbench.

The Shark SD110 offers two control options:

1. Using the included Vectric VCarve Desktop Design Software, you create your project and transfer it to a USB drive which plugs directly into the LCD pendant. The convenient touch screen Pendant interface eliminates the need for a computer controlling the CNC in your shop.
2. For more control interactivity, you can run the Shark SD110 from your computer with the Ready2Control program. This lets you use the exclusive patented Virtual Zero Unlimited program, which will adjust your design to fit curves and angles that would be impossible on other brands of machines. (Computer and flash drive not included). 

Note: Requires a Makita 1.25hp Compact Router, or similar style router (sold separately). Also compatible with the 2-Watt Laser.
