The Class SI 350 model offers 14” blade capacity, as well as more ergonomic and production oriented features for the growing shop where increased ease of use and productivity are needed. This SI 350 is a 3-phase manually adjusted saw.

The double trunnion assembly for the blade tilting is part of the blade group casting. This eliminates the possibility of misalignment which exists when these parts are bolted in the place as some manufacturers do. Others use a small pivot pin to hold up the saw group. Direct shaft drive coupled with rack and pinion gearing allow smooth, angle adjustment of the saw blade.

The anodized aluminum alloy carriage will never need adjustment and, thanks to the arch-ground hardened steel slideways, it can bear loads four time higher. The steel guides are mechanically dovetailed into place, (not glued). Plus, the "arc" profile ensures higher loading capacity and no need for adjustments over time. The guideway tolerance of this system is +/- .05 mm (.002”) along the entire length of the carriage.

Adjusting the scoring set is quick and easy. Simply turn the dial to adjust the width of the score. This system eliminates the need for shims and the constant adjustment they require. It is fully adjustable in 0.1 mm (.004") increments.

This saw features a squaring frame on a swinging support arm complete with fast fence positioning for angular cuts and an idle roller to facilitate panel loading/unloading. There is also a telescopic fence featuring two flip-over stops and an imperial ruler tilted towards the operator.
