Manufactured by Two Cherries in Germany, this durable drawknife is forged of quality steel, heat treated, ground, and fitted with nicely shaped wooden handles. Used by carvers, chair makers, shingle makers, and other craftspeople for a variety of uses from rough shaping and sculpting to fine shaving. The drawknife is used on the pull stroke, with the bevel up or down, depending on the application.
The straight blade is 1-5/16” wide and 3/16” thick, and the two solid wooden handles are about 4” long and perfectly positioned for the task at hand.
