Veritas Aluminum Straightedge 24"

Shop accuracy begins with a benchmark straightedge as a surface reference. This anodized aluminum straightedge will not rust, and it is wide enough to stand on edge unsupported, so you have both hands free to make precise adjustments to your tools.

Extremely useful for setting up machines such as planers and jointers, it is 1-3/4" high and 7/16" thick, and the reference edge is machined flat to within 0.003" over the entire length. Features hang holes, allowing storage on a nail or hook.
